The tv-installer.com specialise in the installation and wall mounting of all flat screen type TVs (LCD, LED & PLASMA) we offer a unique personal service and work with you with the design and layout of your flat screen TV, whether it be a simple installation onto a stand, or your TV wall-mounted with all the cabling neatly concealed in either decorative trunking (see cable concealment methods) or chased in the walls we do it all! We go the extra mile and offer a complete service from start to finish and offer services that other companies simply don’t see below! We are a one for all company, which means we do all the work needed i.e.:

• We chase the walls (no need for a builder/handyman etc)
• We supply all bracketry flat, tilt and cantilever (swivel) (15”-65”) and extra cabling in various sizes and lengths including mains power ,scart, HDMi, coaxial etc and conceal them in decorative trunking with choice of colours (no need to buy separately or hire an electrician)
• We patch up the chased areas of the wall with a ready mixed plaster substance (no need to hire a plasterer)
• And we’ll even redecorate the area for you, paint or paper! (no need for a decorator)

Here is a break down on how we work:

1. Assessment
We will arrange a visit (if necessary) at a time convenient, to assess the work to be carried out. We will explain in detail what’s involved and what we think would suit your needs best.

2. Preparation
We cover the area of work with dust sheets, and wear over shoes on our boots. We will then carry out the relevant preparation work needed marking out the location of your TV and cable concealment whether it be trunking or chasing the walls.

3. Installation (decorative trunking)
We will then carry out the installation please note this will involve drilling of the walls which could cause mess and a dusty environment. We will then put your relevant TV bracket in position. Once the TV is in position we will then carry out the relevant cable concealment method in decorative trunking, we then connect all equipment you have to the TV and check that everything works, once satisfied we will give you a full demonstration, make good the area of work (tidy up the area) ask if you have any questions, then leave you to enjoy your TV! (Please note that the decorative trunking we use can be painted)

4. Installation (wall chasing)
We will then carry out the installation please note as above the same procedure applies with drilling, but also chasing walls can cause a lot of dust. We will then put your relevant TV bracket in position and once satisfied with the location of the cables we will start the wall chasing procedure. Once this is complete we then start to place the relevant cables into the chased area, connect them to the TV and connect them to any equipment (DVD, games console etc) only when satisfied we will start to patch up the chased area (if you require this) with a ready mixed plaster substance. Please note that the plaster must dry naturally to avoid cracking or over expansion to obtain the right finish, please allow 24-48 hours for this and if possible try not to have the room to hot.

5. The finish (this is the bit other companies probably don’t offer)
Once everything is in position, and when necessary all plaster work has had time to dry out, we can if required redecorate the area giving you one less thing to worry about. Whether it be painted or re-wall papered it’s no problem, we have a team of decorators on standby at any time. How’s that for service!
